Chamomile

Beirut, Lebanon - Chamomile is derived from the Greek: “kamai melon", which means "ground apple," and it is one of the safest medicinal herbs. It grows in fields, on nod sides, on sandy rooftops and reaches 15-50cm in length.
It comes in three colors: white, pink, and yellow (which is the most common).
The chamomile is made of Volatile oils, blue oil (Azulen oil), anlacid acid, matricarine, abeine glucoside, flavonoids, anti fungal substances, anti flatulent and substances that relieve spasm.
Chamomile has internal and external uses. Internally, it is used for general relaxation, headache, migraine, malaria, epilepsy, and for enhancing the liver, the brain and the nervous system. It also alleviates stress and fatigue, insomnia, pneumonia, asthma, cough, acne, bloating, jaundices, and gastric pain. Moreover, it is excellent for intestinal purposes. It destroys renal calculi, bowel problems, reduces menstrual cramps, in addition to the symptoms of urinary tract infection.
Externally, it is used for curing conjunctivitis and easing arthritis spasms, giving the hair great color and luster (widely used in shampoos). It can also prevent gum diseases, eye infections, skin rashes (eczema), sun burns, back pains, joints scabies, leprosy, and it relieves of bladder pain. It also reduces headaches if feet are soaked in boiling chamomile water. Moreover, taking a shower with chamomile water will relieve pain and relax the entire body.
So stop using chemically-prepared medicine, and start using herbal ones. It is more effective and less dangerous...
